Mark was extremely helpful in updating my old iPhone (from 2010) to the new model. Later, over the phone he walked me through a problem I was having with getting it to sync with my email. He was very knowledgeable and patient, making sure the issue was resolved. Thanks, Mark!

My iphone exchange experience was very pleasant not only because it was fast, but also the staff was super Helpful and Friendly, with capital H and F. On a side note I always enjoy going to IMT for help because I get my tech issue solved and I get to meet old friends again :-)
Service was fast and wonderul. Showed up at my appt time at 2pm and was out and back to the office in 10 minutes. Updated the phone from my computer in office, restored the earlier back up and everything is working great! Love my new phone :)
